Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind collaboration between chef Max Levy of Okra Bar and Japanese bartender Yuta Inagaki of Bar Butler: on March 3 and 4, 45 lucky diners will be able to experience Levy’s progressive modern Japanese cooking in nine-courses, while Inagaki will be shaking up nine unique libations to pair with the food. Our most anticipated pairings include the ogawa uni with smoked amadai jelly, sea water foam and smoked and dried uni accompanied by a sake cocktail with cucumber bitters and balsamic vinegar, as well as the braised pork neck in ume sauce paired with mescal, sloe gin and cucumber.
