From now until October, Michelin guide Hong Kong Macau has teamed up with Robert Parker Wine Advocate to give gastronomes the chance to try menus from international and local culinary talents and exceptional sommeliers.
From March 2 to 3, Chen Kentaro of two-starred Shisen Hanten from Singapore will be in town to serve a six-course menu ($2,088pp) at Dim Sum Library to showcase his mastery in Sichuanese cuisine. Check out the menu and make a reservation here.
A Local Chef Showcase on March 27 and 28 will feature Umberto Bombana of 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA. Stay tuned for more details.
