Back for its second edition, Taste of Hong Kong will be taking place from March 16 to 19 at Central Harbourfront this year!
Watch your favourite chefs at work during one of the live cooking demonstrations, then sample from a menu of over 50 most talked about dishes and one-off creations from some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants such as Amber, Duddell’s, Kaum at Potato Head, Rhoda, Tosca and Yardbird.
Joining the stellar line-up are chefs Kei Kobayashi from Paris’ two-Michelin-starred Kei, who will be serving his signature gnocchi with black truffle and Iberico ham, and chef Nick Kim from Shuko, New York. Watch out for his collaboration with chef Matt Abergel of Yardbird.
