All About Alsace at the DUO on the Eighth Pop-up

Brasserie on the Eighth has been enticing diners with their affordable pop-up dining concepts. Here’s another one you shouldn’t miss: DUO on the Eighth features husband-and-wife team chefs Cyril Bonnard and Marie Wucher of Le Parc Hotel in Obernai, Alsace and their passion for the rustic fare of Alsace – often characterised by hearty flavours and German influence that distinguishes itself from cuisines of other French regions. Pork belly glazed with Alsatian beer, roasted choucroute and cumin seed, duck foie gras in two ways and a reinvented Black Forest cake are just a few dishes you’ll be savouring.

DUO on the Eighth runs from March 3 to 12. Four- ($880 per head) and six-course ($1,130 per head) dinners are available, as well as multi-course set lunch, weekend brunch, and a cooking class on March 11 where the two chefs will showcase three signature dishes followed by Saturday brunch priced at $888 per person.
