Four Nights Only: Test Kitchen x Ben & Michael Pop-Up

Following the successful pop-up with chef Gal Ben-Moshe, Test Kitchen surprises us again with the dynamic duo of Ben Orpwood, original launch chef from Mayfair’s Sexy Fish, and Michael Hoepfl, former executive head chef from Berlin’s Pauly Saal.

From Feb 9 to 12, diners can enjoy a 10-course dinner menu ($1,380 per person, includes wine pairing) masterfully prepared by two stars of the culinary world who have received rave reviews from the likes of the late AA Gill and Giles Coren. Items we most look forward to include the smoked beef tartare, the roast pigeon, as well as the double chocolate tofu.
