Mirage’s mixologist has also concocted the For Her and For Him cocktails to sweeten things up. For Her is a delicate mix of Bellini, sparkling wine and rose petal, while For Him is a twist on the classic Manhattan with a hint of rose water. Both cocktails are priced at $110 per glass.
