Wynn Macau’s Il Teatro celebrates its eleventh birthday with a stunning new decor and a refined Italian menu. Now at the helm at Il Teatro, chef de cuisine Nicholas Olivas is enchanting guests with a revitalised a la carte menu featuring delectable signatures such as seafood platter with Boston lobster, New Zealand clams and Canadian mussels, four cheese ravioli with a blend of ricotta, mascarpone, parmigiano-reggiano and pecorino romano, as well as the baked Amedei chocolate molten crumble with white ristretto ice cream for dessert. What’s more, guests can enjoy magnificent light and water shows from the adjacent performance lake whilst savouring chef Olivas’ creations.
