This winter, Grissini’s chef de cuisine Alessandro Cozzolino is bringing this Milanese tradition all the way to Hong Kong. Kickstart your evening with some comforting flavours from the Pasta Aperitivo menu, including a spread of Grissini’s signature bread sticks, tomato bruschetta, Italian cold cuts, and more. Also choose from a range of chef Alessandro’s soul-restoring pasta dishes, such as the Mediterranean seafood spaghetti, homemade tagliatelle and penne al ragu’ Bolognese. Don’t forget to end with the lemon dome cake and tiramisu!
Priced at $380 per person, the menu is available daily from 6pm to 7pm, from now until February 25. Reservation at least one day in advance is required.
