If you’re not one for afternoon tea, consider dim sum happy hour at China Tang. From 2:30pm to 4pm every weekend and public holiday, the Chinese fine-dining restaurant will be serving six kinds of dim sum plus a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc champagne for $288 per person in its lounge area. The dim sum spread includes steamed shrimp dumplings (har gow), steamed beef balls wrapped in a sheath of tofu and deep-fried pork dumplings filled with black mushroom (ham sui gok). Wash it all down with a glass of bubbly, and you’re ready for the weekend.
