This Christmas, the Argentinian steakhouse has conjured up a slew of Christmas-themed cocktails. The Mince Pie Manhattan combines raisins and festive spices and shaken with bourbon and sweet vermouth, while The Gingerbread Sour (our favourite!) sees a gingerbread Gaucho chilling in a concoction of blended Scotch, gingerbread syrup, fresh lemon juice, and shaken with egg whites and angostura bitters. All cocktails are priced at $128 each.

After a hearty meal at ON Dining Kitchen, head one floor up to the cocktail lounge and unwind with a convivial libation by head bartender Giancarlo Mancino. To stay warm this winter, try the Egg Nog Cocktail ($140) with tonka bean infused brandy, fresh cream, and grated cinnamon.

Beer connoisseurs should head over to the Stella Artois pop-up. Grab a full pint for only $45 at the daily happy hour from 5pm to 7pm, as well during surprise happy hours (listen out for Santa’s ringing bell) throughout the day. Shopping for gifts? The Stella Artois Christmas Set features a limited edition Holiday Chalice that can be engraved onsite with your name or that of a special someone.

How about some holiday sparklers at one of Hong Kong’s snazziest hotel bars? The team behind WOOBAR has whipped up a few naughty but nice libations this Christmas. We particularly fancy the W Spiked Hot Chocolate ($125) with red wine, but it’s certainly hard to resist the refreshing Berry Kissmass ($135), a punchy mix of Absolut Vodka-infused chamomile, guava juice and homemade raspberry syrup.

Zuma’s drinks are as revered as its seafood dishes, and for the holiday season, bartender extraordinaire Arkadiusz Rybak has created The Hasu Sour ($130), an ingenious cocktail of sea buckthorn, umeshu and essense of toast. The drink is poured into a glass filled with smoke of burnt wood, which means while your palate is greeted with the rare and refreshing flavour of sea bucktorn, your olfactory sense can indulge in the warm scent of baked cookies. Delicious.
