Let the chefs at CRFT-PIT do the dirty work for you while you kick back with a turkey feast this Thanksgiving. Brined overnight and smoked with hickory wood, CRFT-PIT’s turkey is tender and juicy, with a rich bacon flavour. The all-time favourite Thanksgiving feast is back. Delivered in the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s iconic “top hat” boxes, the feast includes a roasted US turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy and all the trimmings. Each bird is marinated with secret spices for 24 hours then slow cooked and finished in the oven to crisp and brown the skin. A honey-glazed ham option is also available.
