Chiu Chow Cuisine 101 at Pak Loh Chiu Chow 

Love Chiu Chow food but realise you don’t know much about the culture? Fear not, as our beloved Chiu Chow restaurant Pak Loh Chiu Chow by Buick Management is celebrating its big five-oh with three special menus to introduce guests to the Chiu Chow culture. Try handcrafted dishes such as stewed dried Oma abalone with pomelo peel in oyster sauce ($500), soyed goose liver and sliced goose meat ($196.7), and sliced pomfret pan-fried in soy bean sauce ($196.7). From the “Introduction to Chiu Chow Cuisine” menu, our favourite has to be the fried crispy e-fu noodles served with sugar and vinegar. The menu is available in a set for four ($698 per head) and for six ($1,480 per head).
