Next year is shaping up to be a good one for food lovers. Michelin and Robert Parker Wine Advocate are bringing a series of dining events to Hong Kong and Macau, launching with a gala dinner at the grand ballroom in Studio City Macau on November 11 (MOP5,750 per person). Cooking at the event will be six acclaimed chefs including Alvin Leung from Hong Kong’s three-Michelin-starred Bo Innovation and Hideaki Matsuo of three-Michelin-starred Kashiwaya in Osaka, whose food will be paired with Parker-rated wines.
