The power burger joint of the city has now soft opened its third and biggest venue yet at California Tower in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. The familiar name of chef Uwe Opocensky who was previously the helmsman of Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong has now been appointed executive chef at Beef & Liberty, joining forces with renowned bar manager Pawel Mikusek to provide Hong Kong with a hamburger experience that is unlike any other. Highlights include the all-new ten-item bar snacks menu, with our favourites being the chicken liver parfait ($68) and oxtail sliders ($58), as well as 12 new cocktails and an expanded selection of local and international craft beers. And don’t worry, your favourite burgers, such as the Bacon Cheese ($125) and the Hamburger ($96), are still on the menu whenever you need a dose of comfort foods.
