Francophiles are going to love this one: the 300-year-old French patisserie Dalloyau has linked arms with glamorous fashion house Roger Vivier (did you know he was the creator of the Stiletto heel?) for a luxurious afternoon tea experience. Details and designs of Roger Vivier’s latest Autumn-Winter collections are cleverly crafted onto scrumptious sweet and savoury treats, among them are the famous “RV” badged Truffle Opéra, La Rose Framboise – a sweet and zesty raspberry mousse shortbread inspired by the Rose’n Roll series, as well as the Gianduja Rocher – a hazelnut praline crème cake adorned with the Viv’ Mirco Dismond Cut. The savouries are also excellent, with the lobster black truffle petit sandwich being the standout.
This limited edition afternoon tea set is priced at $536 for two. Available from September 8 to October 10, 2016, 3pm to 6pm daily.
