Top a crispy pizza with golden cheeses and a medley of delicious flavours.

No-Rise Pizza Dough
Salt (1⁄4 tsp)
Baking powder (1⁄4 tsp)
Vegetable oil (1⁄4 cup)
Water (1⁄2 cup)
Bread our (11⁄2 cups)
Béchamel sauce (5 tbsp)
Pineapple chutney (4 tbsp)
Prosciutto ham (3 slices)
Onion, sliced (1⁄4)
Fresh basil (4 pieces)
Mozzarella (80g)
Parmesan (1 tsp)
Salt (a pinch)
Pepper (a pinch)
Oregano (4 pieces)
Garlic oil (1 tbsp)
Chilli oil (1 tsp)
Parsley, chopped (a pinch)


  1. In a large bowl, combine the salt, baking powder, vegetable oil and water. Add the bread our and mix well.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead a few times until it forms a smooth texture. Form a ball and roll out into a 12- to 14-inch disc.
  3. Preheat the oven to 230°C. Spread the béchamel sauce across the dough base and sprinkle with the rest of the pizza toppings.
  4. Drizzle with garlic oil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the mozzarella is golden and bubbling.
  5. Top with the chilli oil and chopped parsley to serve.
