Celebrate Father’s Day at The Chop House with a special four-course all-day menu on June 18 and 19. Start with a cold-cut platter featuring prosciutto, beef salami, pork liver terrine, creamy burrata, piquillo peppers and artichokes with aromatic garlic herbed ciabatta bread. Next comes thick Cajun potato soup with juicy chorizo and a hearty sharing plate of roasted Australian beef tenderloin, tender lamb shank, slow-roasted pork ribs and juicy duroc pork sausages with potato gratin and garden vegetables. Dessert to share is a mini rum and hazelnut chocolate cake. The menu starts at $228 per person for a minimum of two guests, and includes tea or coffee. Little ones can order the Father’s Day kid’s platter starting at $108/child.

Lunch at Spoon by Alain Ducasse
The Michelin-one-starred Spoon by Alain Ducasse is offering a sophisticated all-inclusive Father’s Day lunch experience ($888/person) from 12pm to 2:30pm on June 19. Begin with a welcome glass Alain Ducasse Champagne or Burgey “Cerdon” and viennoiseries and homemade bread served with farm fresh cottage cheese, jam and honey and organic muesli. Choose your organic eggs in any style with San Daniele ham and pickles and homemade salmon gravlax. For the main course, enjoy a choice of either meat, steamed seafood or oven-baked cookpot of cereal and local seasonal vegetables. End the delicious meal with a selection of French delicacies like French style waffles, seasonal sorbet, and a selection of Paris-Parisiennes. The lunch also includes a glass of white or red wine plus fresh juices or mocktails and freshly brewed coffee or tea. Bon appétit.

Dinner at Seasons by Olivier E
Take your dad to Michelin-one-starred Seasons by Olivier E on June 19 and celebrate this special day with steak, gloriously grilled to perfection. French executive chef Olivier Elzer has created three steak specials for the occasion. Your dad will have a choice of either a whole Tomahawk with mashed potato and red wine sauce ($1,588), grilled rib eye shallots confit and red wine sauce ($525 for 200g; $788 for 300g) or wagyu beef tenderloin “rossini” with crispy potato and black truffle sauce ($588).
