Celebrate spring with a feast. Palette at Hotel sáv is offering a black truffle and wagyu beef dinner buffet and hosting a series of Easter celebration events. Australian M5 wagyu specialities include the tender wagyu beef cheek (braised for eight hours with bone marrow and red wine sauce) and an aromatic seared wagyu beef with garlic. Adventurous foodies can sample a slew of inventive truffle-infused desserts – black truffle crème brûlée and black truffle chocolate cake, anyone? The dinner buffet is available until June 12, from 6pm to 10:30pm. From Monday through Thursday, it starts at $498 for adults and $298 for children aged three to 11. From Friday through Sunday, it starts at $538 and $318, for adults and children, respectively.
