Calling all home cooks. This weekend, cookware brand Meyer will host a charity sale to raise funds for Hong Kong-based NGO Crossroads Foundation. Select pieces are buy-one-get-one-free. 50 per cent of proceeds will go to Crossroads International. After some shopping, stay for a canapé-making demonstration at 3pm on Saturday by guest chef Tony Cheng, co-founder and CEO of Drawing Room Concepts. Twins Kitchen co-founders Caleb and Joshua Ng will also be demonstrating how to make perfect fluffy pancakes at 11am on Sunday. The sale will take place over two days, March 19 to 20, from 10am to 8pm at Meyer’s flagship store. Tells us, what’s better than shopping for a good cause?
