Wooloomooloo Prime’s two outlets will serve up a lamb-filled feast to celebrate Easter. The four-course dinner feast includes a starter of mouth-watering empanadas with mint chimichurri and sour cream, followed by the zesty lemon-coated lamb loin carpaccio topped with herb-marinated feta cheese. The main is tender grilled lamb cutlets accompanied with slow-cooked lamb stew and the classic shepherd’s pie. Delicious. Cheese lovers can select a savoury finish of Pecorino, Manchego and Roquefort lamb cheese platter, or for those with a sweet tooth, the restaurant’s signature hot chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. The Easter menu comes with coffee or tea, and is available from March 25 to 28, starting at $788 per person.
