A Valentine’s Day dinner menu and lucky draw will be available for lovebirds at French venue maison es, where chef Esther Sham has prepared a four-course feast for the occasion. Lovers can first toast to the celebration with Spring Time, a welcome cocktail made from beetroot syrup, Calvados and French sparkling wine. Follow with a Jerusalem artichoke soup, and a 45°C slow-cooked ginger salmon. Choose between three mains including roasted free range chicken breast on champignon jus, braised wagyu beef rib with black truffle and parsnip purée and beurre blanc poached lobster served with French blue mussels topped with saffron foam. End with La Passion, a dessert that is at once sweet, sour, bitter and spicy, or a Maison Antony cheese platter. The dinner menu also comes with coffee or tea. Available only on February 13 and 14, the menu is priced at $899 per person. Six lucky couples will also have a chance to take home a Le Creuset ceramic cocotte (valued at $398).
